You may be a little unsure of how the process of hiring a professional organizer works. Fear not! We’ll walk you through our 3-step process:

• While it is not required, it is highly recommended to start with an in-home consultation. The reason for this is to: 1) let your service provider know exactly what you're looking for and make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to your home care services; 2) learn more about your service provider and their areas of expertise; and 3) allow your service provider to make a better assessment of how long services may take and provide a more accurate estimate.
  
• After your consultation, your service concierge will send you a service estimate. The estimate will give you a better understanding of how many hours your organizing project(s) will take to complete, as well as the estimated cost. Please let your service concierge know if you are on a limited budget, as this will limit the number of hours we may need to finish the project. We will do our best to accommodate you based on your budget. Once the estimate is reviewed and approved, we will then send you an invoice. The invoice must be paid in order to proceed to step 3.
  
• Once your invoice is paid in full, your service concierge will proceed with scheduling and confirming your appointment.

A mini session is an organizing session up to 2 hours long. These sessions are best for those who only need a smaller organizing project completed, such as a bathroom medicine cabinet or junk drawer. A half-day session is an organizing session lasting up to 4 hours, which is our most common session for medium projects like small closets and small kitchens. Full sessions are up to 6 hours and are best for larger projects.
